Horrible and greedy
I contacted the company within 24 hours after I realized the error: my ex bought a phone that was not compatible with the plan. This occurred after I had purchased it ahead of time. Who knew? Additionally, the day prior, I had been trying to purchase and the screen timed out. I never received a charge on my credit card until much later, so at first, I did not think it went through.
I contacted support to let them know the issue. Immediately, within four to five days, they replied and said they do not offer refunds and I should have read the policy. I explained the situation and a week later they responded. Each reply took between seven to ten days. This is horrible customer service. They 'offered' me 70% refund and I said no, several times. To my surprise, I received an email stating that I had agreed to this and they were refunding me. I never agreed to anything. They blatantly lied and do not read their emails.
The customer service is rude. Alexis is the worst.

Fake app doesn’t read text or calls or issue refunds per their own policy
Fake wouldn't issue a refund. They don't read text messages or calls, nor do they give accurate GPS locations. I tried to get my refund, as you can't see, and they refused.

Refund of over £300
I spent over £300 of Glassagram and spybubble but quickly realised it wasnt a service I needed nor wanted so cancelled the subscriptions had emails going back and forth trying to resolve this issue and refund both purchases but had no luck both support team sent the exact same email saying theyll process the request but no further action has been taken I have been waiting for this for over a week and since you dont refund after 2 weeks I feel there must be some further measures taken in the process to getting my refund sorted as I feel very uncomfortable with the amount of money I have spent and would really like a refund as soon as physically possible I would preferably like to speak to someone on the phone but I fear this is my best option as of late
